Metrobank Foundation Gives Php 2M to Victims of Typhoons
Metrobank Group chairman Dr. George S.K. Ty through the Metrobank Foundation (MBFI) donated a total of Php 2 million to the most affected areas of typhoon Pedring and Quiel in the municipalities of Hagonoy, Marilao and Meycauayan City in Bulacan and provinces of Pampanga, Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan and Isabela
This is an initiative of Metrobank Group Chairman Dr. George S.K. Ty through the Metrobank Foundation Inc. “With this donation, we hope that we will be able to assist and somehow alleviate the plight of our fellow Filipinos who were badly affected by typhoon Pedring and Quiel, said Ty.
For more than 30 years, the Foundation has been continuously giving financial support to calamity victims both locally and internationally as part of its humanitarian initiatives.
