“Today marks an important milestone in our careers as public servants. Moreover, it is with great privilege to be recognized by the highest leader of the land, His Excellency President Aquino, here at the seat of the national government,” said Mrs. Jingco. “Your Excellency, you are assured of our continuing commitment to serve as instruments in carrying out the government’s advocacy of “Tuwid na Daan,” she added.
For Mrs. Jingco, teaching devices and instructional aides need not be expensive in order to stimulate children’s curiosity and address their enthusiasm and passion for learning. She exhibits innovativeness and resourcefulness in creating her teaching devices made of recyclable materials.
