TWO ANVIL AWARDS


Metrobank Foundation, Inc. (MBFI) took home two Anvil Awards at the recently concluded 44th Anvil Awards organized by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP). The Foundation bagged two Anvil Awards of Merit for the 2008 Honoring Outstanding Filipinos (PR Programs-Host Community) and the 2008 Search for the Country’s Outstanding Policemen in Service (COPS) (PR-Programs-Special Interest Groups). Since 1985, the Metrobank Foundation has already won 15 Anvils for its various programs and advocacies.

Dubbed as the Oscars of Public Relations in the Philippines, the Anvil is given annually by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP) to outstanding public relations programs and tools that reflect and promote public interest, good values, and genuine service to the community and society.
