The Metrobank Foundation once again bagged an Anvil Award of Excellence from the Public Relations Society of the Philippines for its Excellence Awards Programs. The search for The Outstanding Philippine Soldiers won for the Foundation a Gold Quill Award of Excellence from the International Association of Business Communicators Philippines.

Metrobank Foundation celebrated its 25th anniversary with development partners and selected guests from the business community. Highlight was the awarding of 25 teachers and painters with the Metrobank Foundation Award for Continuing Excellence and Service or ACES. The awardees are former Metrobank Foundation winners who have continued to excel in their respective fields.
