Program Officer, Education Unit

Requirements:

  • We consider candidates who graduated with a four-year college degree course, preferably in Social Work, Business Management, Economics or Social Science;
  • Has at least four (4) years of experience in managing programs and has an actual experience in events management;
  • Has basic knowledge in computer applications, good public relation skills and is able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision;
  • Has established networks with local and international educational institutions or organizations;
  • With good written and oral communication skills.

Program Officer, Grants Unit

Requirements:

  • We consider candidates who graduated with a four-year college degree course, preferably in Social Work or Development, Business Management, Public Management or Economics;
  • Has actual experience of at least four (4) years in planning, designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating projects;
  • Has experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative researches;
  • Strong knowledge of CSR and development trends will be an advantage; and,
  • With good written and oral communication skills.

Program Assistant, Corporate Communications Unit

Requirements:

  • We consider candidates who graduated with a four-year college degree course, preferably in Development Communications, Communication Arts, Journalism or Public Relations;
  • Has actual experience of at least one (1) year experience in media/public relations, electronic media, and publications;
  • A strong media network will be an advantage; and,
  • With excellent written and oral communication skills.

HR/Administrative Assistant

Requirements:

  • We consider candidates who graduated with a four-year college degree course, preferably in Psychology or Human Resources Management. 
  • Is knowledgeable in Human Resources administration, including Benefits & Compensation, Training, Recruitment, Employee Relations and crafting policies and procedures.
  • Has at least one (1) year HR-related work experience.
  • Has basic knowledge in computer applications.
  • With good written and oral communication skills.

Health Coordinator, GT-Metro Foundation

Requirements:

  • We consider candidates who graduated with a four-year college degree course in Health and Science;
  • Has actual experience of at least three (3) years in planning, designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating health programs;
  • Has experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative researches;
  • With actual experience in program development and event management; and
  • With good written and oral communication skills.

Environment Officer (Fixed-Term Contract), GT-Metro Foundation

Requirements:

  • We consider candidates who graduated with a four-year college degree course, preferably in Development Studies, Social Sciences or Environmental Management;
  • Has actual experience of at least five (5) years in planning, designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating environmental programs;
  • With actual experience in program development and event management; and
  • With good written and oral communication skills.

Program Staff (Reliever), Education Unit

Requirements:

  • We consider candidates who graduated with a four-year college degree course, preferably in Community Development, Development Studies or other Social Sciences courses;
  • Preferably with at least six (6) months experience in social work or development work but fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, Adobe Photoshop and social networking;
  • With good written and oral communication skills; and,
  • With good interpersonal and networking skills.

Driver, GT-Metro Foundation

Requirements:

  • At least high school graduate;
  • With at least ten (10) year driving experience;
  • Must be physically and mentally fit to operate a motor vehicle;
  • Must not be a drug user or an alcoholic;
  • Must be able to read and write in Filipino and English;
  • Familiar in Makati and Metro Manila areas; and,
  • Preferably with knowledge in basic vehicle troubleshooting;
