The Metrobank Foundation, Inc. (MBFI) is pleased to invite qualified applicants for the position of:

Chief Accountant

Requirements:

  • We consider candidates who are Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). 
  • Is at least forty (40) years of age and has at least five (5) years experience as an accountant or control officer.
  • Has substantial work experience in the areas of Cost Accounting, Fund Management, and Budget Preparation.
  • Preferably with experience dealing with Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC).
  • With good written and oral communication skills.

Program Coordinator for Education Unit :

Requirements:

  • We consider candidates who graduated with a four-year college degree course, preferably in Social Work, Business Management, Economics or Social Science.
  • Has at least one (1) year of experience in assisting programs and has an actual experience in events management.
  • Has basic knowledge in computer applications, good public relation skills and is able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Has established networks with local and international educational institutions or organizations.
  • With good written and oral communication skills.

HR/Administrative Assistant

Requirements:

  • We consider candidates who graduated with a four-year college degree course, preferably in Psychology or Human Resources Management. 
  • Is knowledgeable in Human Resources administration, including Benefits & Compensation, Training, Recruitment, Employee Relations and crafting policies and procedures.
  • Has at least one (1) year HR-related work experience.
  • Has basic knowledge in computer applications.
  • With good written and oral communication skills.
