One (1) Program Coordinator/Assistant, Corporate Communications Unit
-
Summary of Responsibilities:
To provide support to Unit Head in the planning, organizing and supervising corporate communications activities, both internal and external.
- Qualifications
- Holder of four-year College degree preferably in Development Communications, Communication Arts, Journalism or Public Relations;
- At least one (1) year actual experience in social media;
- Preferably with skills in website development and maintenance; and,
- A strong media network will be an advantage.

One (1) Program Officer, Special Concerns Unit

Summary of Responsibilities:
To establish an organized research and learning mechanism that will enhance the organization’s knowledge and practice in the field of corporate social responsibility, corporate citizenship and social development.
- Qualifications
- Holder of four-year College degree preferably in Political Science, Public Management, Social Science, Social Work and Development. A Masters’ Degree in relevant field will be an advantage;
- Actual experience of at least three (3) years in planning/ design/ implementation/ monitoring and evaluation of projects;
- Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative researches;
- At least 2 years supervisory experience in general administration, i.e., managing people, fiscal and physical resources;
- Strong knowledge of CSR and development trends will be an advantage; and,
- With excellent written and oral communication skills.

One (1) Accounting Staff, Special Concerns Unit

Summary of Responsibilities:
Performs a full range of accounting responsibilities including information verification and analysis, report preparation and account reconciliation, and billing and collections activities.
- Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy;
- Actual experience of at least two (2) years in bookkeeping work;
- Experience in budgeting and cost accounting;
- With good written and oral communication skills.

It is expected that successful applicants for the position will be committed to stay with the Metrobank Foundation for a minimum period of two (2) years. |
One (1) Project Consultant, Metrogold (Metrobank’s 50th Anniversary)

Summary of Responsibilities:
To propose conceptual and operational framework and budget of identified programs of Metrogold and to recommend program monitoring and evaluation tools for the programs developed.

Terms of Engagement:
Full-time or part-time basis, up to September 30, 2012.
- Qualifications
- Holder of four-year College degree preferably in Social Science, Social Work and Development, Public Administration and Political Science;
- With actual experience of at least three (3) years in planning/design/implementation/monitoring and evaluation of projects;
- Experience in conducting action researches;
- With strong network in both government and private organizations;
- Actual experience in events management will be an advantage.
- With excellent written and oral communication skills.
