• Qualifications
  
  
  • Holder of a four-year College Degree preferably in Fine Arts, Communication Arts or Public Relations. Good background and exposure in the Arts is a plus factor. A Master’s degree in relevant field will be an advantage;
  • At least five years experience in general administration, i.e., managing human, financial and physical resources in a supervisory capacity;
  • Trained in program and project implementation with actual experience in implementing projects with national scope;
  • Actual experience in events management, preferably in handling art-related events and some level of art gallery management and exhibit curation experience in supervisory capacity;
  • Abreast with exhibit curation, criticism, art trends, art management, design and communications and art audience management;
  • With excellent written communication and oral presentation skills; and,
  • Good interpersonal and networking skills

• Qualifications
  
  
  • Holder of four-year College degree preferably in Mass/Development Communications, Journalism or Public Relations. A Master’s Degree in relevant field will be an advantage;
  • At least five (5) years experience in media/public relations and public campaign work in supervisory capacity;
  • With skills in leading, coordinating and supervising implementation of communication plans and preparation of entries for PR and related awards
  • With excellent skills in written and oral communication,
  • Experience in general administration, i.e., managing human, fiscal and physical resources in a supervisory capacity; and,
  • Preferably has knowledge in website maintenance.

  • Has established network with local and regional government units or institutions;
  • With good written communication and oral presentation skills; and,
