METROBANK FOUNDATION BAGS FOUR QUILLS
Metrobank Foundation, Inc. (MBFI) won for its four programs four awards at the recently concluded 2008 Philippine Quill Awards. An annual undertaking of the IABC/Philippines, the Philippine Quill recognizes the effective management strategies, skills and creatives needed for the successful implementation of business communication campaigns.
The Foundation won three Excellence Awards in two categories: Special Events- Internal/External for the Awarding Ceremonies for the 2008 Outstanding Filipinos and; Economic, Social and Environmental Development for the search for the Country’s Outstanding Policemen in Service (COPS) and the Metrobank Math Challenge. It also took home a Merit Award for the Metrobank Art and Design Excellence (MADE) competition 2008 collaterals in the Other Graphic Design category.

Last year, Metrobank Foundation also bagged two Excellence Awards for the 2007 MADE Awarding Ceremony and Exhibit Opening and Metrobank Group chair Dr. George SK Ty’s acceptance speech for the Management Man of the Year Award, “Building A Business of Trust.”
