Search for The Outstanding Philippine Soldiers Bags Quill Award
The Search for The Outstanding Philippine Soldiers (TOPS) of the Metrobank Foundation and the Rotary Club of Makati Metro won a Merit Award under the Government Relations Category in the recently concluded 2009 Philippine Quill Awards. The Philippine Quill is an annual competition conducted by the IABC/Philippines that recognizes the effective management strategies, skills and creatives needed for the successful implementation of business communication campaigns.

TOPS, an annual undertaking of the Metrobank Foundation and the Rotary Club of Makati Metro, aims to honor the heroism and gallantry of the men and women of the Armed Forces of the military.
Aside from the award given to TOPS, the Foundation also won another Merit Award for its 30th anniversary collaterals under the Other Graphic Design category.
Since 2002, the Foundation has won 12 Quill awards for its programs such as the Search for Outstanding Teachers, the College Scholarship Program, the Metrobank Art and Design Excellence (MADE) and the Country’s Outstanding Policemen in Service (COPS).
