How to Join

How does a nominee join the award?

1. A nominee must be nominated by any of the authorized nominators. Self-nomination is not allowed.

2. Once nominated [or a nominator has been identified], the nominee must accomplish the Nomination Form (OF Form No. 01-B (Online)) electronically via the Online Nomination Portal (ONP) accessible via bit.ly/2024OF-Nominate. Nominations made via courier or sent via email will not be given due course.

3. Secure endorsement from the nominator and accomplish the Nominator’s Certification Form (OF Form No. 02) which may be downloaded in our website or via this link: bit.ly/2024OF-Certification. Once completed, electronically submit the nominator’s certification form via the Online Submission Portal at bit.ly/2024OF-Nominator.

4. Accomplish the online nomination and submit the nominator’s certification not later than 11:59PM of 19 January 2024 (Friday).

5. The nomination will be evaluated accordingly. The results will officially be communicated via email, including additional requirements for the next level of the selection process, if deemed eligible.
